How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. There's no minimum.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days: 1-3 business days to process, then 6-12 business days with the carrier. Details are on our shipping policy.

Where do you ship?

To street addresses in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. The carrier's first scan can take 24-48 hours to show up.

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. If something arrives broken, faulty or wrong, email us photos within 7 days and we cover the replacement and its shipping. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping and there's no restocking fee. Full details are on our returns and refunds policy.

Is it plug-in or hardwired?

Each product page says whether the light plugs in or needs hardwired installation.
